
Jennifer earned her master’s degree from Northwestern University in clinical mental health counseling. She has experience working in a variety of clinical settings, supporting clients across the lifespan.
Jennifer provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents, teens, adults, and older adults. She has experience helping clients navigate grief, ADHD, anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenting concerns, women’s health, and trauma. Jennifer utilizes a strengths-based, person-centered approach and incorporates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to support clients in better understanding their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She values collaboration and works alongside clients to build on their existing strengths and develop effective coping strategies for lasting change.
Jennifer is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard and understood throughout the therapeutic process.
Outside of her clinical work, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family and staying active. Having lived in several states and abroad, she is happy to be back home in Pennsylvania. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, running, reading and traveling.
