As of January 1, 2022, patients have the right to receive a good faith estimate of expected charges under the No Surprises Act, either at the time of scheduling or upon request. SR&A has always discussed fees at the time of scheduling and will continue to do so. Please feel free to ask our intake coordinator, or your chosen therapist, for more information.
Directions to our Chester Springs Offices
Park in the lot at the back of the building and enter through the back entrance with the directory posted to the left. Take the stairs up to the 2nd floor where you will find a small waiting room and have a seat. Your therapist will come get you in the waiting room at your appointment time.

Please discuss in-person protocols with your therapist, i.e., waiting in your car until your appointment time, wearing masks, etc.
From Exton
Follow Route 100 North into the town of Eagle. Turn Right onto Byers Road. The building has a sign hanging on the front porch that reads “Byers Hotel” (223 Byers Rd) and is on the left hand side.
From the Turnpike
Take the Downingtown/Chester Springs Route 100 exit North toward Chester Springs. Follow Route 100 North into the town of Eagle. Turn Right onto Byers Road. The building has a sign hanging on the front porch that reads “Byers Hotel” (223 Byers Rd) and is on the left hand side.
From Route 401
Turn onto Byers Rd. Follow Byers Rd. West. As you near Route 100, the Byers Hotel (223 Byers Rd.) will be on the right hand side (before you reach Pickering Creek Elm. School). The building has a sign hanging on the front porch that reads “Byers Hotel.”
